Refund/Return Policy

We believe in complete customer satisfaction. All refund requests will be carefully considered by our customer service team. Refund requests can be submitted up to 30 days from the date of original purchase, product must not be opened or have 80% left of the product. To return a product, you will need to contact us at info@7zen.com. Our customer service department will email you within 24-48 hours of your request, if accepted. You will be refunded for each unit you send back to us only. You will need to send the unit back to the address provided by customer service. Upon receipt you will receive a refund of purchase price minus shipping and handling. Refused or returned packages that are sent to us without prior approval from Customer Care are not eligible for a refund.

Wholesale Policy

Goods will never be shipped or sold to Buyers in the following countries for any reason: Thailand, Bhutan, Australia, Finland, Denmark, Poland, Lithuania, Malaysia, Myanmar (Burma). Goods will also never be shipped to Buyers in the state of Indiana Wisconsin and Tennessee for any reason.

6. Shipping. Seller will make all efforts to ship Goods to Buyer in an expeditious manner. In the event that delay occurs, Buyer acknowledges that Seller is not liable.

7. Refunds and Returns: Any and all opened Goods are not eligible for refund or return. If you have an unopened sealed package you would like to return, you can contact info@7zen.com for return options. All purchases of 30 days or longer from time of purchase are final and not eligible for refund. Refunds can take up 72 hours or greater to post to your account weekends and holidays may effect this time and cause more delays.

8. Severability. The validity of these terms and conditions is not altered by the pronouncement of one or more of the terms and conditions legally invalid, illegal, or unenforceable. Each term and condition exclusively exists on its own merits and shall not be rendered invalid by any change in the others, regardless of circumstance.

Refund Policy

It is our goal to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with the product you ordered. All products returned within 30 days of purchase will be applicable to a full refund, minus shipping.

If you are dissatisfied with the product ordered, we will refund the product ordered excluding the shipping charge. If the customer has consumed more than half of the product before deciding to contact us to process a refund/exchange, a refund/exchange will not be processed. All products damaged upon arrival, tampered with, or otherwise at the fault of 7zen or the shipping company will be fully refunded once the product is returned to 7zen. All shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of 7zen. Once the product is received you will be contacted within 14 days of receiving for a product exchange or refund. *If your order exceeds $200 and is eligible for free shipping, we will send it via the expedited method if it is a perishable product ordered. If it is damaged, we will work accordingly to offer you a refund/exchange.

We will compare the shipped weight to the actual weight of the items you ordered to qualify it for a refund or resend of the products ordered. If we find there are products missing based on weight, then we will resend the products or offer a refund.

All payments are processed through Square. Please allow 5-10 days for refunds to arrive in your account. If you have not received funds after 10 days of grace, email us at info@7zen.com for further instructions.

Shipping Policy

All orders exceeding $200.00 USD will be provided with free shipping. All orders will ship within five business days. Orders will be shipped using UPS or USPS.

At this time, we are unable to ship 7-hydroxy products to Alabama; Arkansas; Indiana; Rhode Island; Vermont; Wisconsin; San Diego, CA; Sarasota County, F;, Oceanside, CA; Alton, Jerseyville, Edwardsville County, IL; Columbus & Union County, MI; Ontario, OR; and internationally.
